ATTENTION NEW CLIENTS: Before an appointment can be scheduled, we are requiring pet health records to be sent to us ahead of time at: records@aaecp.com

During our daytime clinic hours, we offer non-emergency physical examinations.  We highly-recommend to schedule an appointment ahead of time!  Our appointment hours during non-holiday days are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to  to 4:00 p.m.  We offer Saturday appointments as well.  For first-time clients, we recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Your pet’s appointment time is valuable to us.  We have been experiencing a dramatic increase of walk-ins that has negatively affected our scheduling.  We encourage appointments either by scheduling online, or giving us a call.  Walk-ins are welcomed, but will incur an increased fee.  Please note, walk-in examinations are subject to possible lengthy wait times, as emergencies and scheduled appointments have priority.  There is not a guarantee that walk-ins could be seen by a veterinarian during our non-emergency hours for daytime clinic pricing, and it could be subject to emergency fees.

If you have documentation on your pet’s vaccination history, medical records, other pertinent information, then we advise to bring that information with you, please.  We can also contact your veterinarian for medical records, too, if requested.
